Redman Wines, Coonawarra, South Australian red wine

Since 1970 the Redman family have released their Cabernet Sauvignon in 1.5 litre Magnums and 6 litre Imperials.  The theory being that the larger the bottle the longer the wine takes to mature.

 

The recommended drinking time for our larger bottles is around 12-15 years old for the Magnums and around 15-20 years old for the Imperials (depending on cellaring conditions).

 

Currently available from the winery are the 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2007 vintage wines in each of the larger bottles.
